General Credit Service Inc Credit Reporting Cons- Do Not Do Business With Medford Oregon

This company claims to follow fair and ethical credit reporting but has personally destroyed my credit over a $250 bill. I had no notice of any collection attempt or bill until I pulled my credit and found out this was listed. I immediately looked them up, called them to find out how this happened. They claim to have sent mail (to the wrong address) and called me (never did I receive any phone call, no voicemail, no nothing).  They made a mistake in contacting me or their automated system does not work. Either way, all I wanted to do was pay them and get this error fixed. Nope, manager Chis O

All I wanted was to pay my bill and have them remove this error from the reporting agencies. Manager Chris O'callahan said they will do no such thing.
