I was hired on June 19, 2018 as a w-2 Sales Representative for Genesis Diagnostics and I have never been paid a dime! I have a 35% commission structure and have recieved no compensation. I brought Several Accounts to Genesis - Accounts are Doctors offices to use Genesis's Hereditary Cancer Screening Product. I brought Dr Mclean's Office, Dr E. Tabor and Dr Maria Palomata and a few other accounts. The problem is not so much that I did not get paid, it is because these Dr's never got their reports and the patients suffered for months thinking that they have a mutated gene that is going to make them a higher risk of getting cancer.

Genesis could care less about my accounts or patients suffering. Now that I have filed this complaint watch the Dr's will complain and some other Salesmen will complain because they did not get paid either!

I have called Genesis over 50 times, I have so many texts asking for updates and for someone to call me and emails and they either ignore or they will tell me they will call at the end of the day. Abe called me day and night to get me to sign up with their lab and promised me all kinds of good service if I started sending his lab CGX samples. WHAT A NIGHTMARE!!!
