My girlfriend and I had doubts about who the biological father of her un-born child was! We were worried and needed to know whos it was, so we looked on the internet to see if there was a way to determine the father without having to do a CVS or an Amnio. when we searched
"prenatal non-invasive paternity testing", one name came up constantly; "Genetest Labs"! i was convinced that this was a legit place so I called them!

They said that this was something new that had come out in the past year and that it was a 100% accurate! It only sots $990.00 I was so relieved to hear this that we ordered the kit, even though it was so expensive!

They sent us the kit and gave us instructions on what to do. They said to get 30ml of blood from my girfriend at a local hospital and for myself to give them cheek (sylva) samples. This is when things started to get wierd!!! They told us NOT to tell the hospital why my PREGNANT girlfriend was needing soo much blood drawn?!?! They also said NOT to tell the shipping company that we were sending blood! Fishy? It gets worse!

I looked past that, because I was so desperate to know if this child was mine! We waited 9 business days until they gave us the results of the test! (They said it would take 14). The tests came back that I was excluded from the pregancy! I was devastated! For some reason, AFTER the results came back i started to wonder of the accuracy!

We then called at least 15 DNA specialists to ask them if this test is accurate. Out of those 15, all of them said that there is NO WAY to determine the biological father without a CVS or Amnio! They also said that this company is wrong on at least 1/2 of their tests and they are also under investigation for fraud and embezzlement!

Then I called "Genetest" to see what they had to say about all of this! Baseer at genetest had NO answers for me. All he could do was read something from a piece of paper that he had in front of him. By the way, when I called "Genetest" Baseer always answered the phone without mentioning a company name!

Finally, I called Dr.Yuri that actually performed the test! And I think all of us know that when you call your doctor, he doesn't ANSWER the phone!!! "Dr." Yuri did!!! I told him that I wanted the results and how he performed the test to be faxed to me! He would NOT do it!

These people have NO way to determine a biological father from an un-born child without the help of an Amio or a CVS! Ask any DNA specialist around!
