Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
My story is exactly like the others dealing with this firm and Reuban Ross. Big promises made, monies paid for auctions, advised the stones were sold ( twice) then magically the deals fell through.
One out of every 20 calls answered, no reponse to emails. Now I have found out Genisis has fired him and they have promised me a new rep and results.
I would sure like to know how everyone else faired out in the end or are we all still in the same boat and if so we should launch a class action against Genisis Rare diamonds.

Get you item back as soon as you can. Threthen RCMP or Toronto Police involvement. This is going to become a big issue soon. People will lose everything. This is a complete scam. I know myself. I lost many mnany thousands of dollars..... I am surprised some of these employees actually use their real names.....
