I have never told a client not to pay mortgage.  I take all of my calls or return them if I am not in.  I respond to all emails.  This story has no dates or specifics just generic complaints.  I filed over 800 cases for people in Fed. Ct. and saved many houses and got people time to stay in their houses.  Sometimes for years.   I am proud of what I did.   This nameless person has posted this comment out of spite and it is nothing more than hate speech.

I totally reject the comments made by yet another faceless assasin.   I do not yell and scream at clients.  Never have, never will.   Neer told anyone not to pay their mortgage.  99% of people that came to me for foreclosure help were already very far behind on their mortgages and mortgage companies do not take patial payments.    If do not believe this to be a real complaint but a set up by disgruntled and cowardly former associates or employees and yes I am always willing to settle everthing face to face as a gentleman.

He stole my money as well.  I paid hundreds of dollars on a property search. I also gave him a deposit to "save my house"

It got nasty after they lost my file. It got VERY nasty after I asked for a refund! Attorney Babcock had a temper tantrum in his office and started throwing things and yelling/swearing etc.

So after I asked for my money back he left threatening emails and calls.  In RI it's a law that you have the right to access to everything in your file.

Babcock was emailing me past midnight on more than oe occasion.

Seeing how he lost my files and had to pay to do it again, all I wanted is a refund for deposits. He refused and became threating. In my opinion, he is becoming totally unglued. He however is barking up the wrong tree if he comes anywhere near me.

I even have a voice mail from his assisant which I saved saying..... Yes, so we have your file (pause) Then says... No Wait. Ummm' looks like you have an issue and I was told (ummmm)' - Click...

Goorge like to bully people. Such as, why don't you come to my office and we'll settle this** "face to face" ** Well, that could mean a few things. his tone says it all.

My office is open and being run in a Christian manner.   I am attacked by cowards who do not identify themselve and do nothing but lie and gossip.   Anyone can call me at any time and I will talk to you candidly about these outragouos iies.  Peace

 I spoke to my experience and that of many others. So one person (you) kept her home. Thats great and I'm happy to hear he didn't rip off 100% of clients (only 99%). He's going under and fast, a crook who will likely end up behind bars if i have anything to say about it.

I totally disagree with this person, this office helped me keep my house.

Mr. Babcock sat down with me and my husband and explain everything step by step.

they always answer my calls and questions, made me feel safe and showed they care about us,

this law firm is on point, they don't lie ,always speak the true. We couldn't pay the whole 

amount at once so we had to do payment plans and the law firm still help us out..

Mr. Babcock is a great lawyer and a smart person. I would put any case in his hands!
