George's Garage Scammers, Thieves, Crooks, Horrendous Service, Con Artists, Stay Away! Cranbury New Jersey

 This place is the absolute worst! STAY AWAY AT ALL COST!!!!

I got into a car accident on the New Jersey Turnpike and unfortunately the New Jersey State Police called this so-called ‘business’ and set me up for what would be one of the worst experiences of my life. To begin, the tow driver was rude and on his phone gossiping about other co-workers and made ME get ON the flatbed to get into my car to grab my things. While on my overnight hotel stay I decided to look at reviews to see what I was in for; boy, I was not looking forward to the next day having to deal with these people.

Not only did the woman answer the phone with a terrible attitude, but the minute we get there they want to give us a "clean-up" fee of $55.00 on top of the already raped like bill. On the night of the accident all that had came off was my bumper in two pieces which the officer and I had removed from the side of the road and placed on the flatbed. The woman whom answered the phone had told me “Were YOU here when the car came in?” Seeing as it was 3am, no one was there but the tow truck driver at the time the car was dropped off and wasn’t present at the time we were there. After a few minutes of arguing the charge I was told there was pretty much nothing I could do about it and basically told to shut up and pay the bill in which I calmly just did because I wanted my vehicle.

Once I get outside, I discover my battery was left discharged due to the hazard lights being left on the entire night. My car in a corner with a mountain of snow behind it with the two bumper pieces thrown inside of the driver’s seat covered in snow. I run inside and politely ask to have some assistance with getting my vehicle out of the predicament it was in and the ‘manager’ came out and said ‘we don’t do that here’; at this point I became irate and disgusted with the horrendous ‘service’ I was receiving.

After realizing I was all alone in this situation and knowing I would receive ZERO assistance from them, I go outside and thankfully there was an outside business tow truck that kindly assisted with giving me a charge and moving my vehicle onto the dolly that I was taking my car on at NO CHARGE; being in the situation I was in it was refreshing to see that good human beings still exist and I generously tipped the kind driver and started to strap my vehicle onto the dolly. Note that while all this was going on the manager and the entire staff was inside just looking and sharing giggles and laughs at my struggles. It felt good to get out of there without their assistance.

Never will I ever wish for anyone to interact with this garbage excuse of a business.
