Georgia Estate Homes is owned by Delroy St.Elmo Cowan. He swindled MANY out of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

In 2005, he was selling land in Hawkinsville, Ga 1.5 acres and above. The reservation fee fr these lots were $2000 and above. Many reserved these lands, however when it came time to deliver we were given all sorts of excuses and run around. Certified letters were sent to obtain our refund, however we've yet to revive it.

I want to know How and why did he use the money in escrow. He keeps saying that he is refunding money based on if he is able to sell the land. What does that have to do with me. He has $2000 for me and 2 of my friends. How much does he have for you!

Please, if you've been a victim of Georgia Estate Homes. Please post here. He cannot get away scotch free with our money!
