Georgia Home Remodeling is the definition of RIp Off! The owner is smooth talker and makes you believe that he is the best in the business. However that is far from true! He sent an 18 and 21 year old to build our porch without any sort of a supervisor, they failed 2 county inspections, took siding off of my house, ruined our roof, left tools all over our brand new carpet IN our house! One of the workers used our guess bathroom (the house was empty as we had not moved in yet) and had pooped all over and I had to clean up feces! We were told 3 weeks to complete the project and it took 9 weeks! The work was horrible and the cheapest materials were used! This company is a total rip off and waste of money. He charged $12000 for a screened porch, for that price it should have been built better by PROFESSIONALS, not 2 kids in training! The 2 boys even complained because the owner was not paying them and wouldn't purchase the supplies they needed. I pray for these companies that rip off innocent people, take their life savings and then deliver less than average work. Whats worse is when we complained to the owner, Chris Allen, he just laughed at us and said that we were blowing things out of proportion!!! For someone who claims he is the best, he sure doesn't care about his customers or the reputation of his company. He says he offers a 1 year warranty, but when my husband called him about the issues are still having with our roof leaking, he said he would send a professional roofer to correct this time (after 3 times of his workers claiming they fixed it), that was 3 weeks ago! We tried to call twice last week to see when our roof would be fixed, and he would answer his phone then hang up on us! This man has no morals and will scam you and tell you anything you want to hear and then not deliver! Beware of this company!
