I received this letter along with a check for $3820.00 about the second week of April. I was elated cause the check looked real. So I called the number but it stated that the message line was full to call back later. So I called Saturday morning and my stomach dropped when I heard the man's voice, he was Jamacan. I knew then it was not real. He told me that I won this money but I had to deposit it into my account and call him back when the check cleared. I ended the call. The check is from Elsa State Bank & Trust 300 W Edinburg Ave, Elsa Tx 78543. I called him back the next day and I didn't expect him to answer and he said didn't I talk to you earlier and I said yes, so I was trying to think of things to say and said that he doesn't have time to talk to just one person explaining things to call back when the check clears. I never called back. Please do something to these people. Jail maybe?
