I was able to speak with Shahzad on the phone and we were able to resolve the financial and SEO service issues between us without any hard feelings.

I am satisfied with his assurances I was given about future payments. I had assured Shahzad, Trendmetrix will continue to act in good faith and provide search optimization and promotion services to improve the rankings, and visitor traffic to Get-licensed.co.uk and other affiliated sites.

Shahzad had given me his personal mobile number in case in the future there are any issues that require his personal involvement.

  I consider this matter closed.

My name is Sanyam Goswami, I have an s****.> I was contacted by Shaz Ali in 2009 to take a look at one of his business's website, I had known Mr. Ali though many people in the community and considered it a privilege to help him.

After looking at his website I saw some in bound links, when I confirmed he mentioned that he is paying $3000 a month to someone in Canada for a handful of links. I informed him that the person is seriously overcharging you.

Mr. Ali was naive to have paid more than $300 - $500 a month for that service.

GL website because of the popularity was ranking high anyway, and Jeol was enjoying the fruits of success without actually doing any work.

I can personally validate that the maximum money Joel has spent on managing this project is $3000 in total.

I challenged Mr. Ali to give me a chance which he did, I worked very hard on this project and continue to do so, Mr. Ali has always paid on time without any problems.

As an expert in the Industry I can confirm that the service with Jeol has provided is seriously overcharged, he has taken advantage of an innocent consumer who had less understanding of the nature of SEO.

I do continuous SEO work for GL website and 30 other websites owned by Shaz and my bill is less than $3000 a month.

Disappointment:

Joel, we have been paying you since 2008 for SEO services, in 2009 we started using another provider who did a lot of work for us and helped us rank high. They also informed us that you hardly did any on going work on our site.

Like yourself, we are very risk aware of internet scams, I was told by local reputable SEO specialists that your work is not real and you are over charging for a service you are not delivering. This is after we paid you over $30,000.

I have been paying another SEO company since late 2009, I have seen the rankings increase, I have digital evidence of the work that company has done to improve our rankings at a fraction of the cost.

I have provided you reports and evidence of work carried out by another service provider to clear your assumption that you have done all this work.

I do not blame you for this, it is the nature of the business you are in, it is difficult to clearly ascertain the reasons for high rankings on google.

The results of the work you see in rankings is someone else's hard work.

We do continuous SEO for our business and if we would have left it on you only, we would be out of business.

You are an SEO expert and can run reports and see the amount of links/articles/blogs exist on the on the web which you have not created.

Contradiction

The same service you are claiming we owe $20,000 is available on your website for $1500.

I have been away from my office since last 3 weeks, you were welcome to call the main telephone line and speak to the finance department.

If you want to get paid make sure you get cash or credit card payment from Get Licensed otherwise you might as well throw your money down the drain.

All the above are a strong indicator of another online scam in action.


Retaliation:

I can include 3 of your customers and file a similar inflammatory report which will cause your business a considerable amount of loss, and stress to you. The funny thing is that I can file a report claiming you owe me $1000,0000,0000.

RipOff Report is a profit making business, and gains on emotional and angry customers like yourselves.

I personally feel that I have been a victim of RipOff Reports


SEO Company:

I have taken the liberty to invite the SEO company we currently use to comment here and confirm our relations with them since 2009 which has helped us rank high for many keywords.


Way Forward:

As promised I would be happy to make payments to you if you can provide us monthly reports of SEO work you have done for us in the last 3 months, and any future work.

I would like to conclude this comment by confirming that all accounts with yourselves are up to date, and you should be aware that you are not the only company working on our SEO project.

Shahzad Ali had made a $2000 payment shortly after I had posted this report, which covers his arrears up to the month of March 2011.

If he continues to make his monthly payments we are going to abide by our agreement and improve the search rankings of http://www.get-licensed.co.uk.

I would welcome Shahzad and his company Get Licensed back as customer if he keeps his commitments.
