I've started dealing with Tina Conley back in Sept 2013, when I paid $150 for Services rendered that would included the folllowing:
- 1 year registered agent service
- Articles of Incorporation
- Letter of Good Standing
- Virtual office with a business number that is listed with 411 directory assistance
- Business banking relationship as part of the package to provide the corporation, banking references. Client may also need to open other account with different lending institutions.
- Business References 3-5 business references to Equifax Business and Experian Bsuiness, Timeframe 15-30 days
- Websites 3-5 page corporate website
- Financials- Client will provide
- Tax ID
- Corporate Domain and Email- Consultant will obtain corporate email account for corporation.
- Company will apply of unsecured business credit on client's behalf. however there is no guarantees that lending institutions will approved within 90 of executed contract
- Corporate Binder Kit (I paid an extra $42.00)
What I did receive was:
- 1 year registered agent service (not 100% sure)
- Articles of Incorporation
- Letter of Good Standing
- Virtual Office (not 100% sure)
- Website (don't have username and password so I can take over and receive company email)
- Financials
- Corporate Doman and Email- (don't have username and password so I can take over)
What I didn't get was the following:
- Corporate Binder Kit
- Financials
- Don't have username and password so I can take over Corporate Domain and Email
- Don't have access to Virtual office and mail
- 3-5 Business references
- Funding
- COMMUNICATION FROM TINA CONLEY
- Website is incomplete
- Don't have access of business banking account
It has been a hassle trying to get in contact with Tina Conley, our last email communication was on October 23, 2013 via Yahoo where I had questions in regards to outstanding items and also on Facebook where I received the last response from Tina was on December 4, 2013 and this is when is completly disappeared, unfriended me on Facebook and stopped communication with me. I have emails to prove that we have been in contact with each other.

In regards to the "charge back" we've discussed this in which I reverse the charge back and you got your money. I have the proof on my credit card statement. I have no problem working things out with you.. but you chargedback on me so I didnt feel i needed to communicate with you anylonger. and the only reason I unfriended you off facebook was because onr of my other clients were harrassing my children.... They were sending the messages so I unfriended everyone that had to do with my business.

1. There has been miscommunication on our part, I was under the impression the Financials would be provided by you for an additional fee however let's forgot about the financials.
2. I never told you that I didn't like the website, you may have got me confused with one of your other clients. Please transfer the website to me so I can move on.
3. Can you tell me where these "references" has been reported and direct me on how I can follow up. Include the references to me in the Corporate Binder.
4. I have no problem setting up the bank account also I will apply for new virtual office address
5. The initial contract that I have from you stated that you were going to apply for funding however if you're no longer applying for funding then it's a done deal.
6. Yes I want the corporate binder I paid for it.
Please provide your contact information so we can hash out the remaining outstanding items so we both can move on. Also I want the "website" in which I want you to transfer to me and send me my corporate binder with all the necessary documents along with the "references" that you've furnished to the credit bureaus.

In my contract with you ... You were suppose to provide the financials. You can read above and see this. I was oly suppose to provide the above services for 3 months max according to our contract. Which the website was said to be a basic website nothing to ellaborate.
- Corporate Binder Kit is still sitting on my desk I can ship out to you.
- Financials- Contracts says " Client will Provide" ... I never got these from you
- You told you me that you didnt like the website so why woulde you want me to transfer it to you?
- I no longer pay for the virtual office you will have to setup a new one... we are outside the 3 months i paid for it
- 3 references have been reported to the credit burueas on the behalf of this company
- You have to setup your own bank acct for the business. The one we setup is for funding purposes only and i not released to clients. That would make us liable for any misdeeds you my perform. You were giving the neccessary paperwork to setup a bank account.
- Funding- You paid for us to setup the corporation for you. We are not required to provide funding. We get funding for the clients as a seperate service.
I am no longer doing funding and corporations this is why you didnt receive funding. We closed our doors due to brokers lying to clients and not paying for success fees from us achieving funding.
I will however send you the binder if you still want it.
