Get Money Tax Service Carol Austin/Office Manager "Get Ripped Off Tax Services" Cleveland, Ohio

    I went to Get Money Tax Services in December to take advantage of their Holiday Loan Program. The taxpayer Martika allowed me to use (1) of my last paycheck stubs, to calculate my eligibility for this loan. I was approved for the loan and was given a check for $200.00 that day. After the preparation was completed I had asked them for a copy of my paperwork and their was a problem.

I was never given a copy of my paperwork, even after I had asked for my paperwork several times. The owner of the company was present, and some other reps. They told me that they couldn't do it, and I would be able to get a copy once I came back in to get my taxes prepared. I became suspicious of them after that, when they started making up excuses why I couldn't get a copy of my loan papers.

    Shortly after that I received my W2's for 2011. I went into the office to allow them to finish preparing my income taxes, and that is when I noticed that they had already downloaded and submitted my taxes to the IRS without my permission. They had all my fee calculated and everything. I have been in the past a taxpayer myself for more than 10 years, and have never in my life seen anything a tax office operate in this manner.
 
Not only did they submitt my taxes Federal, but they also sent my state taxes to them as well. As I continue to review my taxes from Carol's computer screen, I noticed that they had overcharged me by $200.00 for the Holiday Loan, when I complained of this Carol said that they will refund me money, when I came to pick up my tax check, of course when I appeared at the office to pick it up it wasn't ready.
    
Now I am fighting with them to refund me my State of Ohio Tax Check, that was deposited into one of their accounts by the IRS. I never knew that my check was deposited into their account, until I called the IRS and they informed me. I still need assistance to get my State Check refunded to me. Can you please help me.
