getcafecup Scam - charged more than advertised. Internet

On Sunday, October 13, 2013 I ordered  cafe cups and scoop from GetCafeCup internet site.  The site advertised each set for $10.99 each, but when I saw what I was being charged ($17.98 + $6.99 shipping)  I hit the back button so I would not go through with the entire purchase.  I was sent an email saying my order had been placed.  I attempted to call the "customer service" number 855-704-5412 and was instructed to call back when they were open,  Mon thru Fri.  I then printed out my order and the order date was Oct 14, 2013. 

On Monday, October 14, 9.30 a.m. I contacted customer service.  I was told that my order had already been processed and it was too late to cancel.  I then asked the customer service person how it could be too late and she said that the order along with hundred of others was already on the truck.  They open at 8:00 a.m. This is outrageous, as well as impossible.  The add says 2 -3 weeks for delivery. Now, I have to wait to get the order, and then call and request a return authorization number in order to get my money back. If I get my money back.
