I signed up to be an Affiliate to represent this program.
It promised a percentage of Initial Sign Up Fees as well as a percentage of the monthly fees.
I spent money advertising this program in professional journals.
I made a few sales and the website indicated that I was owed $ 368.00 and change in commissions.
I was paid $ 99.00. Months later, when I asked why I had not been paid I was given the runaround. The response was arrogant and non-responsive to the question that I asked.
After multiple emails back in forth, I got irritated.
I was terminated for being, "Non-Professional." This program can terminate you at any time for No Reason.
I have still not been paid.
Why would you spend your time and money promoting a program that has this much risk of being cut out of your income stream?

The problem was initiated because these items were not marked paid in our affiliate software. We admit, this was our fault. At the time of the transactions, we used an older affiliate software which required manual work. We decided to track the affiliate sales with the software but "pay" affiliates using another method. This left some items to appear as they were unpaid, however, this didn't matter because the reports we sent matched exactly. Now, for the past year or so, our new software works perfect.
The customer/affiliate looked in their old account and saw what appeared to be money owed so he inquired (very nasty and unprofession I might add).
However, after a query from this affiliate stating that he was not paid, we did research and our bank records indicated that this affiliate was paid the total amount due.
We spent significant time with our bank confirming the money owed was sent via our online banking check system. We sent proof of this and copies of the actual checks.
In any case, this didn't satisfy this customer. He continued to accuse and threaten and we could not communicate. With that said, this report is false.
We have well over 200 hundred affiliates that will give postive testimony our our integrity and services. We pay more than any other program on the market ($99 monthly, residual sales.)
