I am formally requesting my money returned and a check for my expenses for 1456.00 to reimburse me for advertising expenses spent over the last two months. If I do not hear back from you, I will be forced to initiate legal action and report this to the appropriate federal and state authorities.

I have been a consumer advocate for many years and began this store as a sideline and my good name is important to me. If you want to know more about me just type in the browers (like google) denise richardson credit reports, you will see some of the articles and interviews I have given. My passion is with consumer advocacy and after reading a few articles, you will see that it is not me to just sit by and watch you do this to innocent people just trying to make a living and trusting in your promises that you are a reputable company, when it is obvious you are not.

Please advise by the end of the day your position on this matter. Please turn my store name happysnappyshopping over to me and take off your server as I do not want my name associated with your store and I do not want people ordering gifts they will not receive. Perhaps you should check out ripoffreport.com to see just a few of the people I may contact for a class action if needed.

I spent money and more hours than I can count on what appears to be wasted advertising. If I am forced into legal action, I will be seeking damages, attorney fees and court costs, not to mention seeking to stop both getestore, megagoods and whatever other name you try to go under. I know you are using other names as well and I will be sure to bring all of this information to the government agencies that are interested in people who are ripping off the public. I have written many emails about your server always being down, my email not working, promised goods not received and your inventory always being out of stock and all have gone un answered. I have no choice but to bring this to the attention to others so they will not be ripped off too. I have attached a link to ripoffreport.com, the Bad Business Bureau and as I see, I am not the only one.

Last night I received a call from customer service. After a rough start on both of us relaying our frustrations, we ended up having an informative conversation. What I learned is they are overwhelmed with emails, calls etc. from store owners needing customr service and are in need of more customr service reps. They are trying to hire customer services reps. and the problem I am told is that they just don't have the manpower to answer all of our questions expeditiously. They didn't anticipate the amount of customer service needed at christmas time to respond to us store owners, however, the good news is they are putting their time and efforts in making sure we get our commissions and our customers get their products as they had to prioritize their efforts. I have learned that they are in the process of hiring additional staff and putting an 800 number on their site sometime after the first of the year.

He seemed was very sincere and apologetic. He seemed to understand our frustrations and assured me they are making progress with their efforts at both taking care of our concerns and responding more expeditiously. He further promised that all our customers will get their products on time and sincerely apologized for making us feel as though we were being ignored. When our emails go unanswered and we can't get through on the phone we can't help but fear we are being ripped off and he understood that. I told him that a lot of this could have been avoided if they could understand that customer support and service is something we all require to make our efforts successful. He agreed and promised we will see a change in that area very soon.

Getestore locked me out of my store

After filing this report I find they have taken over my store and locked me out. I have purchased traffic, over 50,000 for this holiday season and now I find that over the entire weekend they have hijacked my store and I no longer have access to it.

My password is no longer any good and they have a new title at my URL. I have stopped my purchased traffic but will pursue bringing this company and all of their other names such as Megagoods to justice.

I have put the time and money into marketing this store and they just took it over because they don't like my comments about their not answering their emails as we all have noticed.

I didn't receive any correspondence from them, all my emails went unanswered and then out of the blue they take over my url without turning it over to me after requesting them to do so.

Anyone having problems with this this company
