After learning about them here I called freecreditscore.com and I spoke with a rep who was very rude and said that they are allowed to withdraw that money if you don't cancel your membership. They also were sued by the Federal trade commission because of their scamming practices but they are also back to it again and if you knew the entire story you would know why so this company was sued for a few million dollars when they actual have a net worth of a few hundred million dollars so s million or 3 dollar fine was nothing to them that's why they still do what they been doing tgecrnyire time by scamming people out of their hard earned money. I wrote to the company freecredutscore com and told them to enter their name in the Google search bar and they will see page after page of horror stories on how this company scammed from very low income people to blue collar people and etc and I went on to say how they made more than 1 transaction which turned out to be all together $39.99 and I ended the email their. The very next day I received a call from a higher up freecreditscore.com and he introduced who he was and said he read my email and he did actually what zI said to do with Google. He then stated that he wanted to change the image of the company and he said he will put the $39.99 back into my bank that day. Of course I was taken back that all I did was have to right to this company to tell them what they did was wrong and basically a scam and true enough the next day the $39.99 was back into my bank account
