Was paying, but now not .....

I, like some of the others here, had my creditors being paid. However that was until this month, and then sporadically throughout the year. When they assigned us to our first agent in 2000 we were happy our bills would be getting paid.

Then something happened to her, apparently Miss Noel was "training" and they dropped the ball making our credit worse. We were trying to buy a new house and asked them on several occasions to send us a letter, over the last few years, stating that we were currently in their program, nothing.

So we were denied a mortgage loan just this past May. So far we have paid out over 5 grand to them over the last 2 years and we are just now seeing the main two credit card balances go down; and they were the ones we were worried about. Sporadically throughout the last two years the creditors would call and complain to me and then I would call Gibson Trust and complain to them.

Nothing, I was "assured" that the bill was paid. Then they got rid of the internet payment option and we were forced to do automatic withdrawl from our checking account, then they canceled the automatic payment on the 5th of this month without withdrawing my payment on the first like they were supposed to. So I ahve contacted the Federal Trade Commission, as well as the Florida State Attorney general, I recommend you all do the same and maybe these guys will learn a valuable lesson about taking other people's money and breech of contract.

Maybe we can get some of our money back. They say they are a non profit, they have kept enough of my money. I will begin searching for another consolidation company and make my last payment to them December, I have no other option at this point.
