Order 75 teddy bear key chain babyshower favors on July 23, 2012.  Since that time I have been unable to get a status update on my order.  There is no shipping information and I have called the 800 number left numerous messages and emails to the company.  Needless to say, I have not received my order any my event in next week.  DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!  Am in the process of reporting to the better business bureau and will demand a refund from this scam company.

How did you get your refund back?

i also made a purchase off there for an upcomming wedding, i purchased engraved items, and they said it would be a while to engrave the items.. i havent hurd nothing from them..i called the 800 number, left messages on the call back system, but havent hurd anything.. i was just wondering how you went about getting a refund back...if you would please email me at (((redacted))) and let me know thanks!!

I was issued a refund on my order on Friday August 17th.  Although I am very happy to have my money back, I will never do business with this company again.
