I did apply for a job online for electrician in Washington DC,and they scheduled a phone interview for next day. I called the number and they asked abou my education, high scool and college not pertaining to the job application. I told them that I have an electrical engineering degree from Europe but I just need to continue the interview for electrician position in Washington DC . He asked me if I want to receive daily emails about jobs and rate those jobs. I just want to talk about my application not many jobs for next months. After that he hang up on me.

That was my interview with Gigats.
