I never worry about libel or slander when I am telling the truth and can prove it. I have, in writing, a boatload of documentation on Purcell and Brayton both. In fact a former attorney who worked with them is also suing them or was just a short time ago. As it happens I decided to do my Ph.D instead of law school after I wrote the original Rip Off Report but I have not forgotten a single thing, nor will I.  While I know Karma has undoubtedly bitten Mr. Purcell firmly in his backside by now, I have no intention of letting this go. Fortunately, I am healthy, wealthy and well educated and have a very long memory. 

I have no need for online classes either, I graduated c*m Laude from a CSU. If I had wanted to go to law school I had my pick, including Pepperdine. I see Purcell has nothing changed, as Sociopaths usually do not. Not a hint of remorse or regret.  My one solace is that I have a lot of clout in the prison community as a formerly incarcerated, wrongly convicted activist for the past twenty plus years, so I have steered countless cases away from Purcell and his gang of unscrupulous thieves. Even his former law partners will tell you he should have been disbarred years ago. Two of them told me he should not be practicing law. So don't take my word for it, Purcell has a long list of enemies. That tends to happen when you screw people over for decades.

Purcell intentionally caused family division (in my husband's family) and heartache, is the cause of my husband having had 3 strokes, and so much more sorrow I will not list here.  Oh no Gilbert Purcell you bottom feeding low life, I will haunt you to your dying day, and you and I will square off in court...just a matter of time...trust and believe. I know that you know I am not only telling the truth, but I can also make it happen. Your pitiful rebuttal is a joke......and so is your status as a lawyer. I wish you would take me to court, but you won't because your closet is so full of skeletons the courtroom would be packed.  I don't have that problem.

Where to start. As a student attending law school, consider the following words: facts, proof and libel.

An English class at the comunity college in Palm Springs as well as some therapy wouldn't be a bad idea either.

The Mr. Purcell that I know works 60 hours or more each week. He may take an annual vacation, not "vacations".

Mr. Purcell has average, if not somewhat picky dining tastes. Mr. Purcell does not have "girlfriends" that he takes to hotels. In reality, Mr. Purcell and his girldfriend of over 20 years, have a lovely home they share together.

Expenses are expenses and part of conducting business. Most law firms have accounting departments that take care of all the company expenses, including individual case costs for their clients that they represent.

"Documentary PROOF" and "airtight corroboration" as you've used these words in a sentence tells me you are uncertain or unconcerned with how you use verbs, adjectives and prepositions.

I, personally, am not a master of the English language, written or spoken, I have to add that your grammer is also suffering.

Mr. Purcell's "daddy" is a retired worker of an oil company and other than being Mr. Purcell, senior, ins't "somebody" as you have mentioned.

You refer to Pepperdine University as a college where "people get away with it". The phone number for the Director of Student Activities and Campus Recreation is 310-506-6543.

You express concern about Mr. Purcell's sincerity and efficiency practicing law. You claim "he is liar and a thief of the worst kind" and there references to bribery, complaints filed with CALBAR. That CALBAR themselves is corrupt and withholding public information and cosigned deeds by something or someone you refer to as "Bayton".

It might help support your case and build a solid foundation for your class action suit if you could provide some evidence, perhaps as a .pdf file, to support your well written report.

Try not to be too eager to finish law school. Especially if you are pursuing a degree through an online or CDC correspondence course. It might take between 10 and 12 years to complete.
