 If youre gonna quit a job dont make up lies about them to make it think was giltner fault nothing you've said is true. Truckers always have to try and blame companies instead of taking personal responsibility for there actions

 Number 1 I have never received any of those pay checks you have said you have paid me. And I have not changed bank accounts. So don't sit there and BS me and the people who read this!!! 2 You have never ever paid for my bus ticket there or back home. So I have no idea what you are talking about. 3 Its very very true that if your not willing to run illegally then you won't get any miles. Cuz the right hand never knows what the left hand is doing over there. I do know how to run my truck legally and that's why I have never had a violation and I don't run illegal. The company I'm running with now I put in 3500 miles a week and still am legal with no problem. 4 I never ever had said I was being ran to hard. I begged for more miles legally . So don't sit there and lie!!!! 5 I'm only stating the truth! You can sit there and BS me and the people who read this all you want! But think of this before you go any further. Why if you were such a good company to work for and you have done all you have said you have done, Then why would I be posting any of this? I wouldn't!!!! Hummm maybe because your full of crap!!

Hello John.  I have read your complaint and have done some investigating.  Thankfully we record phone conversations and save Qual Comm messages to make my job much easier.  

To address your first complaint of running illegally, I have listened to your phone conversation with Dave from 10/30.  The complaint on the website is you don’t get any miles if you don’t run illegally but on the phone conversation, the complaint is you are ran too hard that you don’t have time to eat or use the restroom.  Since the safety bonus’ were given to you regularly and you state in the phone conversations that safety would not fix any violations on your ELogs, then I am confused on the actual complaint.  If you could supply more detail, I can help you further.

The second complaint is getting charged for looking at people funny.  I have looked through every single payroll you have received.  You were making the fuel and safety bonus', which tells me you knew how to run the truck properly and didn't have any safety violations.  The only charges I can see were (4) $5.00 charges for not scanning in your trip envelopes and a $250 cleaning deposit, which was reimbursed to you on check 11/16/15.  You were paid $125 a few times for doing short runs and had several layover pays.  I see that this report was filed on 10/30/15, which was the day that the phone conversation with Dave happened, where you said your last day would be 11/2/15.  From your start date to 10/30, there weren’t any other charges except what was listed in previous sentence.  On the 11/9 paycheck, you were charged $170 for your bus ticket home and health insurance for the rest of the month, which I think we both could agree, are your responsibility.  The only other charge was for Sirius, $3.47 for the week of 10/26, which you were employed that week.

The last complaint was do not expect to get your last paycheck.  Here is a breakdown of the paychecks after you gave your notice on 10/30.  11/2 was $988.48, 11/9 was 551.51, 11/16 was 445.07 and 11/30 was 75.00.  I am unsure what paycheck was not received.  These were all sent ACH with no returns from the bank.  If there was a paycheck not received in your bank, we are unaware of this, and please report it to us immediately.
