Ginnie Os Ginnie Os Dog Grooming Disrepectful of the Pet Owner's wishes, damages property, and overall poor customer service Airway Heights, Washington

I am very unhappy with Ginnio's in airway heights, WA!

Especially the owner/manager Ginni herself, she argued, was very rude, said that she would take very good of my service dog and agreed to not kennel dry him because he is elderly and thats what  he is used to at Petsmart. Petsmart has a no kennel dry policy for senior/elderly dogs. I was quoted 2 hrs to give him a bath and brush out. Ginni herself worked with my service dog and it took her 5 hrs  just to be able to get around to having the time to only give him a bath, then she crated him and forgot about
him in the way of neglecting him.  She charged me $30.00 for a crappy, half done job. She refused to give me a reciept for service saying that its policy to not give one out to the customers. She damaged my pinch aka prong collar and told me that she doesnt believe in using those things.

Regardless as to wether or not she doesnt like them or doesnt believe in using them doesnt give her the right to damage my property. She also refused to give back my service dog's collar with ID, microchip, rabies, and county license tags on it because she said that its policy to not let a dog go back to its owner till its been crated for so many hours??? She didnt brush him out, she didnt trim his claws and paw pad furs, either. All she did was give him a bath. I didnt pay her $30.00 to argue with me, I didnt pay her $30.00 to damage my property, I didnt pay $30.00 for her to not give back my property,  and I certainly did not pay her $30.00 to give my service dog a bath, crate him, forget about him aka neglect him, and refuse to give me a receipt of services!!!!
