My daughter is looking to start college Upstate, NY, August 25th, 2008 was on the market for a used vehicle before she starts college and received a flyer for raffle and discount coupon in the mail from Giuffre Kia of Brooklyn. Because of her high school budget, she can't afford much, but try to get a dependable vehicle.

Giuffre, assured her the will help her, but instead, added $2000.00 to the negotiated sale price and charged her $3000.00 for extended warranty that she didn't need, because the vehicle came with a 2 year manufactory warranty.

She was rushed to signed the documents, when promised that she'll get copies of everything she signed to read later... she was a little too trusting and failed to read prior to signing.

Now Giuffre manager Nick, claimed the extra money charged was for their service fees, which was never disclosed before.

My daughter returned the vehicle the following day, because she can't afford it and they said, the can't do anything about it now.

Instead of my daughter rejoicing and be excited about her first vehicle, she's very upset and crying with sadness. This really breaks my heart (Buyers beware) Giuffre is a fraud. They are out to con consumers.
