Glamorous Look NO REFUNDS GIVEN!!! Towson Maryland

My daughter bought one of their flat irons with my credit card, without my permission. I tried to return it the next day. I was told that the office was closed and to call the office on Monday. I then went to the Towson Town Center Mall office to file a complaint, because it urns out Glamorous Look does not issue refunds. It is stamped on the receipt. I think this is completely unfair to not offer refunds. After I filed a complaint, I was contacted by the store manager/owner, named Ann. She said to send her a copy of the receipt and she'd see what she could do. She asked me to give her a couple of days. I called her two days later and she said she'd heard nothing yet. She said she'd get back to me in a few days. I never heard from her, even though I emailed her twice.  

I asked that a refund be made since my daughter did purchase the iron (for over $100) without my permission. It was never opened, never left the box. They could certainly sell it again! Maybe she could have issued a refund as a courtesy?????  Anyway, BEWARE of this kiosk store, and many others. MANY DO NOT ISSUE REFUNDS, no matter what!
