I got my statement online and there is a charge from my debit card for $29.95. I do not know what it is for and I want to cancel this thing but have no way of doing this due to not having anything but a phone number (***)***-****. I got thru to this number with about 30 minutes and at least 3 call backs due to being disconnected at least twice. This number says they will refund my money and that is all they can do. They work for several companies and cannot tell me what one it is cause it doesn't show up for them. So I still have to try and figure out who the company is and cancel them. So now I have to go to my bank and fill out a two page form called a Disputed transaction form. this will cancel my debit card and they will reissue me a new debit card.

I did call the number and they did say they would give me a refund and I said that when I posted yesterday. I did find out who it was that charged me as well. The company is My Score. I received a cancellation notice today.

I read about calling thsi number on teh rip off report and I called it. They gave me a refund and no one hung up or anything. You should call it so ou get your refund too. 855-421-9615
