* We only sell Jewelry of the highest quality. All our items are hand-crafted in Ireland by skilled craftsmen. We do not make light weight jewelry. All our jewelry is created in either solid sterling silver or solid gold to have an expensive/high quality look and feel. We sell it cheaply but make no mistake, it doesent look cheap! Over 99% of our customers are satisfied with the quality of our Jewelry and we back this up by a 3rd party review system which takes all our customer reviews. We have over 100,000 positive reviews and we can send a link to this to anyone who requests.
 
* We have a 30 day no questions asked full refund returns policy.

* Our pickers make an error packing an item for about 1 in 1000 orders. So these cases happen very rarely.   

* When a customer receives a defective item or incorrect item, we offer to pay their return shipping and either correct the problem or issue a full refund. Depending on the item we suggest the maximum amount it should cost to return safely. We do not ask our customers to buy insurance as we guarantee the safe arrival of the returns back to us. We would not allow our customers to be out of pocket for our mistake.
