GlenCara Irish Jewerlry GlenCara charged my credit card and never sent jewelryy that was promissed. Galway

On June 4th 2018, I had orderd a Celtec cross with rubys from GlenCara Irsh Jewelry from their internet site. My Visa debit card was charged $234.98. A week had passed without hearing anything from them, when I emailed them they sent me an email back the next day saying that there they were sorry for the delay and that they would contact me when it was shipped. Another week had gone by and I contacted them by email again asking why I haven't heard anything about the item that I ordered and this time they told me that it was held up in quality control and would be shipped out the follow Monday. When Monday came and went I attempted to contact them again by email but I haven't heard anything from them again. It has been over a month since I ordered this item and still haven't received it.
