I just read you rebuttal first let me say this, it's NOT a defamation of character if it's TRUE and there are thousands of women and men who have posted other Deadbeats on this site. You should'nt pass judgement if you have no idea Why I did what I did or know anything about me and my ex-husbands pass history. This person that you seem to be defending so much or maybe even know since you stated he has no job? He has been given multiple chances to do the right thing yet he refuses too even try! Here is this vial person that doesn't even email his children on there BIRTHDAY and he can't say he forgets because there dates fall only a few days before his own birthday and after his you don't require a job for that. Yet he will email me to after fifteen years and state " You never loved me" what!!!! His own son who he hasn't seen since he was a baby emailed him and he NEVER RESPONDED you didn't witness the tears in my son's eyes or the hurt he felt I did. This person stopped paying child support four years ago I waited TWO YEARS before I even took him to court the first time and in court he stated he had a job interview that same day so I gave him a chance and had the judge dismiss the case since I believed what he said to be the truth that was my first mistake! Than he emailed me to tell me he was moving to Corpus Christi Texas for a job opportunity and PROMISED that he would do good on his payments and another TWO YEARS went by another LIE. I had to work twice as hard to raise my children on my own for twenty years he never had any part in that process because he didn't want too. But your making me out to be the bad guy and he the victim.  I put him out there because he left me no other choice he has no right to just STOP on his Child Support Obligation regardless work at Bugerking if you have too and maybe if he would just made an effort to let me know something anything I would have except that. But instead he sent back a big f**k YOU to me in an email and my son read that email and my son stated " If he is said f**k YOU to you he is saying that also to me and and my sister" HE IS NOT THE VICTIM MY KIDS ARE!!!! I put him out there because my children DESERVE BETTER THAN WHAT HE HAS GIVEN and any MAN THAT IS TRULY A MAN WOULD DO ANYTHING TO MAKE SURE OF THAT no child should be left behind. You stated there are agencies that can help I'm very aware of this but when you have no current address or information or his social is not showing up anywhere there's is not much these agencies can do and I'm sure people work off the books to evade there obligations so your left to fight on your own trying to get the information to give back to the agencies. I was not going just sit back and just take, putting him out to the world to know what kind of person he is gave me access to maybe someone knowing him and his whereabouts it turned out someone did recognize him and that's how I found out he was married since 2009 and living in San Antonio,Texas with his wife. You have a right to your opinion but I'm a mother with the god given right to protect her children and  I didn't state anything that wasn't a FACT or the TRUTH.

 Sorry to tell you this but it really looks like you have a grudge given all the posts you have made. Don't you realize that this is the wrong forum? What you are doing is character assassination and the 13k he owes you is nothing in comparison to what he can sue you for!! PLEASE!!!! Be careful on what you post!!! I would really hate to hear that you ended up getting sued just because you are looking out for the kids. You need to take this to the appropriate agencies. You need to retain a lawyer. Oweing for child support in and of itself IS NOT a crime, especially if the guy doesn't have a job. Kinda hard to pay child support if someone else is taking care of you.

And that's what it looks like from here. YOU should be ashamed for putting his business out on the web for everyone to see. YOU DO NOT HAVE THAT RIGHT!!!! It can cost you a lot for doing this, so watch yourself!! Every state has some form of child support agency. These agencies will be able to point you in the right direction in order to have him continuing to pay on his child support. They will be able to recommend a few lawyers who have yet to do their YEARLY pro bono or for free work.

Every attorney has to put in pro bono time as part of being a lawyer. This is the appropriate way to handle the situation. Ranting online and spreading his business all over the web is NOT a good idea. Save those rants for your PERSONAL blog. When you post on a PUBLIC forum you are under the very same laws that every printed publication MUST follow or they risk more then just a lawsuit. While it is admirable that you are doing everything you can to collect, there are things you just shouldn't do. This is one of them. Good luck in your attempts and Ive got my fingers crossed that you will have a peaceful resolution to this issue.
