 Of course more concerning glen making more false representations as a member of the bar and as a licensed accountant. I am already filing a legal complaint on glen with the court as well as is my other associate. Amongst our complaints for mis representations his writing above is proof of further misrepresentation. I never said I was an rn I never said us laws don’t apply to me, this behavior of glens and negativity and wasting other people’s times and causing damage is very unsafe for an attorney and accountant to be legally practicing, it’s a total liability upon the public and this writing here shows as proof of when he causes his next damage and does his next misrepresentations, and I am first hand witness to his multiple mis representations and damages I am certain that it’s highly probable he will strike again and misrepresent and cause more damage to another victim.

These are further reasons of what I will express at his hearing being schedule with the ca state bar regarding a multi party complaint he has for which I will be seeing him in Sacramento for his hearing, I can wait to see what he tells the judge, I’m sure more misrepresentations and wasting the courts and more of my time and causing me more damage I am left concerned about. wish I knew all this before I engaged with him being so easily tricked by him using position as a attorney and account to make me feel comfortable and trust him only to have him strike like a snake in the grass, I literally would much rather been bitten by a venomous insect. Would have been cheaper/less damaging/ and less time consuming. Looks like we will be going to court for a while because I’m gonna be filing my own legal complaint after the legal and accounting board complaints are dealt with.

Glen once again today caused me and others more distress when he not only bothered our mutual contact and attempted to pressure him to have me remove the report. When glen came on the line, instead of being professional or polite he continued to act negative and disrespectful, and wasted even more of my time, honestly this additional damage is also not gonna be paid by him along with the fact that I will never see any benefit and only receive damage and time wasted from him. I wouldn’t have ever engaged with him if I knew that this is how he operates.

I feel even more ripped off today. Also every time I have to deal with him or he bring someone else into his mess I will be charging him for this damage as I would rather not deal with his mess and misrepresentations and damage/time waste that this causes.

I would like to take the opportunity to respond to the above complaint. Yes, a mutual contact called me and asked if I would speak to Benjamin (to this day I have no idea what his last name is). A client of mine has a business transaction that I had spoken to our mutual contact about. He thought that Benjamin might be interested in as a buyer. I was also told by the mutual contact that he had never completed a transaction with Benjamin and he also was unaware of his last name. We spoke for a few minutes and it turned out we only lived a few miles apart.

I suggested that we have an introductory meeting outdoors where we could socially distance and get acquainted. It also seemed that there was the potential for other business connections. We arranged to meet on Sunday 12/20/20. In the call setting up the meeting I again said this was an introductory meeting, which I reiterated when we actually met at a Jamba Juice. An associate of his Simon was also there when I made that statement. He left after a few minutes as he had some family business to attend too. We then sat down on a wall and talked about what we each did and discussed possible joint business projects.

The longer I spoke with him the less interested I was with working with him. I was told at various times during our meeting he had a motorcycle business; he is an RN, he is close to becoming an attorney, he is a non-practicing rabbi, he is planning on running for US President in 2024 and he is a diplomat not subject to US laws. He had several businesses including one which took business plans and reworked them in their own format. An associate of his would then "accredit” the business plans so investors would be interested in the projects. At no time did I engage him or his businesses to rework any business plans and at no time did I send him any materials to analyze or review. After an hour or so we parted ways as I had some errands to run.

The next morning, I spoke to our mutual contact and told him that I was not interested in doing business with Benjamin and would not be introducing him to my clients. At some point after that our mutual contact received a call from Benjamin who was informed that I did not want to proceed further with him or his business associates. Since that point he has made numerous disparaging remarks about me, including this report. To be clear I have never agreed to hire Benjamin, I have never agreed to work with him and I have never agreed to pay him for any services. On his comment regarding my telephone number, I confirmed that if you google my phone number one of the links that came back had the name of Angela T Romero. Most of the other links referred to my ownership of this number, I have had this number for over 15 years at least and have no idea who Ms. Romero might be and I apologize to her for having her name dragged into this insanity. But as we all know you can’t trust everything you find on the internet, as some people make anonymous complaints that are not real.
