I am writing to you in regards to the unfair marketing strategy that is being employed by Global AutoMall in North Plainfield, NJ.

I have received a flyer from the above mentioned car dealer saying that if the number on the outside matches the inside you have won one of those three things: a car, a GPS or a three day vacation. But you had to come in and claim the prize. I showed up and had to sit through an hour car presentation, but ok. I found out I won a vacation, I was of course so excited. They gave me a flyer from World Wide Travel Center, and I was smart enough to research the firm and found tons of complaints - it's a pure scam.

I was told by Roman Zdeb (customer service rep at Global AutoMall ) that they have sent out 150,000 of flyers like this. My point is: you can't use marketing strategy like that, saying that people had won something and then giving them scam. Not everyone will go on google.com and research the company. Who knows how many people will get manipulated into this vacation scam.

I missed a class because you had to claim the prize in person and I wasted over an hour of my time, and honestly, I feel like a fool. Joe Morales is their GM, I had contacted them three times did not hear back. What a bunch of crooks!
