CROOKS The worst crooks I've dealt with and they know how to beat u at every turn. Go on BBB AND SEARCH BEFORE GIVING ANY CASH. they got 10 cases open, none was resolved and 1 is mine. They told me the wreck was mine for 45 days and rushed me out without a contract and wouldn't switch the car for me, finally I gave up and dealt with it but than after 28 day I got a call that It my rental was up, I said it can't be and I was told that things would be checked out and I'd get a call back from the owner. The next day at a hotel I was working at the car was missing with my apt keys and other items in it. When I call the company the agent said , oh s*** when he said he was going to take care of it I thought he was going to call you. I had no keys to get into my apt and they stole the belongings with the car and never responded. They use kill switches and gps to track and steal the car, READ ALL THE OLD REVIEWS. I had to apt keys and was stranded but they couldn't care. Straight up go F yourself? There is no new ownership like they claim its the same weasel trying to look like a new owner. He didn't care that I was stranded and would not talk to me even as I went to his office, which has 20 cameras to protect him and he wouldn't talk to me or return items so I filed a complaint. Stopping a credit card charge doesn't work against this company because unless you have a contract they produce one and submit it to your credit card company to get paid and it's all that they need to do. They are very savvy for a bunch of thieves. The rail thin guy that usually has a black eye from disputes will be the one waiting on you unless he was fired for apologizing for what the owner did. PLEASE READ BBB complains and reviews. This guy needs to be shut down for the safety of all drivers.
