Global Automotive global-automotive GLOBAL-AUTOMOTIVE Refused to respond to me after I sent in my warranty fuel pump at my expense Miami Florida

I contacted them 2/19/18 to warranty a fuel pump that claimed to have a lifetime warranty. On 2/20/18 they sent me a form and instructions on how to return the fuel pump and get a warranty replacement. I provided all the documentation they asked for, warranty claim form, PayPal receipt & installation receipt as well as the fuel pump and all the items that came with it, strainer, gasket, wiring harness, fuel pump & wire connectors. I shipped it on 2/26/18 via USPS with tracking 9405803699300597742505 and it showed delivered to a person at the business. I waited until 3/6/18 for a response and got none, so I contacted them and they replied that same day and claimed it never arrived, so I contacted them again that same day 3/6/18 and provided them the delivery information and tracking details and got no response, I have contacted them 3/8, 3/9 & 3/12/18 and have gotten no response from them since they claimed they never got it.
