Global Cash Flow Network ripoff, undelivered services, fradulent, deceptive advertising Internet

Mary Gersten/ Global Cash Flow Network (GCFN), Mark Hodges Don't Get Scammed Again are running false advertising, using high pressured sales and ripping people off by promising them work as a Certified Media Specialist. An address of 1739 E. Broadway, Suite #287, Tempe, Ax 85282 is given, telephone number 480-355-5599. The physical address is a UPS store. (It is my belief that Mary Gersten and Mark Hodges are one and the same person running scams on people) They claim Google, Amazon, and E-Bay are looking for Certified Media Placement Specialists. These companies have no mention of Certified Media Specialists in their search engine.

On 8-30-06, GCFN charge $395.00 for three (3) cookie cutter websites, two (2) of which do not work. The only website that works is the website advertising their business. Which means customers pay GCFN to advertise their company. 8-31-06, I was charged $361.45 for audio and pop unders,which is called the Executive Media Package. When I called the advertising coach for my advertising campaign, unbeknownst to me this call was considered a consultation. The consultation consists of GCFN selling me the Guaranteed Traffic Program. I was then charged $3,995.00 for the Guaranteed Traffic Program. This program is guaranteed to bring customers to your sites. (Sites that do not work and do not exist. It is engineered to bring traffic to GCFN's site) If you balk at the high prices they kick into Time Share Mode and offer you the Platinum for the Silver Price. $4,995.00 for the Platinum, $2,995.00 for the Gold, $1,995.00 for the Silver. None of which work. After GCFN got my money I was turned over to a Media Advertising Coach. The Media Advertising Coach actually informed me that he did not have time to show me how to advertise. The Media Advertising Coach informed me to contact the Support Team for help.

The Support Team have no clue of what they are talking about. They are not familiar with the program at all and it is very obvious that they are not familiar. I was actually talking to an Account Executive not a member of the Support Team.. When I called I was told everybody is busy. I tried leaving messages I got no return call. I tried e-mailing I got no response. I paid close to $5,000.00. You would think that I would be treated as a VIP. But , once GCFN got my money I was virtually ignored. Furthermore, I have no clue of how to advertise because I am not getting the service I paid for. Nor have I received one (1) check as guaranteed and promised by GCFN.

This is a Scam.

First, I apologize that you seem to have not gotten a response from our support team. I am having one of our staff contact you immediately (and may have done so already) to help resolve your concerns.



If you are not available, please feel free to call us between 9 am to 5 pm Arizona time at our main number 1-800--719-8270.



I did take notice of your records and noticed that you have spoken to several of our reps here on 9 different call ins. Now I will admit at the time, several of them were new (because we're growing). Some people would consider it good that they can reach support staff at all...



... and although I'm not happy that they apparently didn't answer your questions to your satisfaction, I am confident in what we do to support our clients and we are committed to grow and get better all the time.



Regarding your other statements especially the address issue. This one has certainly been an interesting one as of late. Originally we had put the physical location of our office on the site, however, we had an influx of people who started showing up unannounced... It was causing chaos, interuptions and delays in our ability to help our clients. Not to mention, a few interesting people showed up and my staff were very uncomfortable by their nature.



And, especially as we continue to grow, I don't want to let anything get in the way of supporting our clients.



I made a decision to put our clients and safety of our staff first and now have our mailing address listed. I hope that you can appreciate that...



In response to your sites not working - I have just checked your sites and they appear to be working fine. If you find they are not, please let us know by calling our office asap.



Regarding your statement about the advertising and being ignored...



By the very nature of Internet advertising, the advertising takes 30 days to really start to gain momentum. Your order date for the Advertising and Internet Media Placement was on 9/12. Your visitors will trickle in the beginning and start to pick up at around the 30 day mark.



Last, I want to make sure I've got correct information regarding being ignored. It seems that your last conversation was on September 29th. It seems our staff satisifed your questions and you agreed to keep the business and advertising.



If my notes are not accurate, please let me/us know...



I am hands on and care about all of our client experiences, so I hope this answers your concerns. Again, if there is anything we can help with, please contact our office.
