I just spoke with a VERY RUDE person over there by the name of Daniel. He got very irrate and called me DUMB just because I wanted to cancel my 30 day free trial. This is very very poor customer service and I will report them to the BBB and FBI if they do not refund my $139.

I decided to cancel my "membership" because of the other complaints I found on this site. Daniel consistently told me NO I cannot cancel even though their cancellation policy is 30 days. What kind of company is this crap???!! THEY ARE A SCAM - DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! WHAT KIND OF COMPANY PUTS YOU THROUGH SH*t JUST BECAUSE YOU WANT TO CANCEL.

By the way, I found the same ad on careerbuilder.com. DO NOT TRUST THEM!

I am the customer service general manager for Global Casting Network. I have looked into the complaintant, Vatt Saycocie's account.

Our records indicate Mr. Saycocie called in to cancel his account on 4/13. At that time, his account was canceled and a credit slip was processed. The credit will take between 3-5 business days to post to his account. If he does not receive the credit, I ask that Mr. Saycocie call me back directly.

All of our calls are recorded and monitored for quality assurance. I will personally be reviewing the recording of the call between Mr. Saycocie & Daniel. I do not tolerate rude behavior by my customer service representatives and can assure you disciplinary action will be taken as necessary.

Mr. Saycocie, I appologize for the frustration caused you and invite you to contact me directly (800) 405-5459, ext 139.
