On seeing all the other reports about herbalsmokeshop.com I thought I'd write my experience as well. I placed an order for $70 - 80 in goods in 2004 via money order through the mail.

Numerous calls and e-mails and only one response with no attempts in any shape or form to attempt to explain what happened, simply stating that the order was "recieved".

There is no response at all now from phone or e-mail. There is no customer service. To think that the website ever had any good intention would be naive, as over the past year or so the site has only been updated with fancier graphics and expanded. It is in no way an abandoned site, I assume there is enough money coming in to be a reason to keep it well maintained.

It's been almost a whole year later, still no product, and still no response to any calls or messages.

The responses posted to these ripoffreports are BS. The people at herbalsmokeshop.com have no intention of making things right.

I've sent so many messages since the rebuttal with no progress. If there was any intention to fix things, it would have been done, but sadly that does not seem to be the case.

Michael, Your problem is new news to me. You can simply file the lost package form on our website, and I would be happy to assist you. Infact, it would be quite a simple process. You just need to fax me a copy of your cashed money order, and if your package was lost via the postal service, I will replace it, no questions asked. You just need to inform me of it, so I can assist you :) We ship fedex now, after the postal service lost quite a bit of packages during the 2 hurricanes of last summer.
