It's all about other peoples opinion and seeing things from their way. They don't even know my mother but somehow nurses who hate her have posted my name they have found some way to follow me to this website and they shouldn't know my full name. And somehow they knew to lookup a complaint i made from a completely different site. I have no idea how they are able to do this.

It's harassment and bullying my mom has never done anything wrong just tried to make a living. But the nursing boards allow these mentally unstable psychos get nursing licenses or RN licenses.  The nursing boards say they are supposed to be ethical and honest.

But with how my mother has been treated their far from ethical and honest. They're downright criminal psychos!

I have never given my last name or any other information. So somebody is stalking me or who hates my mother in the nursing field. This is proof from old comments about how cruel nurses can be toward each other. They think they're untouchable and not going through what my mother has gone through. Trying to keep a stable job but never could because of psychos she had to work for and with.

 The nursing board lets these psychos get away with being criminal/unethical because they are. But we have survived through everything y'all have thrown at us and will continue to survive. No matter what y'all post about me. Other employees have said the same thing about global they are corrupt and dirty and I'm not defaming them.

I'm reporting the wrong how they treated my mother. Y'all are defaming me by posting my full name whoever that person is. People who have power are psychos! They tried to scare me but it didn't work! We are still surviving no matter how cruel and mean society is!

These psychos had no right to say the mean/hurtful things they said to me. Regardless if it's been 14 years ago! It proves how mentally ill they really are and people like these are taking care of people. These psychos pick and choose which nurses to wrong and ruin my mother was one of them!

Everytime I got a new car I would get denied work or fired. But now I have retired completely from nursing and I don't have to work around the devilish witches again. I get my social security. And I have a nice 1026 Maliub chevy top of the line. Now that I have a stable income I can get my payments ontime. They have no control over my life anymore.

And my house payment is current along with my car payment.

These other nurses would have the nerve to see who was working. And they would demand that persons job. And global would take work from me therefore getting my car payment and bills behind as usual. During the unemployment hearing, global was falsely accusing me of threatening them and harassing them when I was the one being harassed. And each time that it was my turn to speak they would rudely interupt me and of course the judge wouldn't stop them.

It seems bad employees always get to keep there jobs, the ones that gave my mother such a hardtime & how they lied to the employer & got her fired for no reason just because they don't like her.

Know I am glad people are suffering from what employers & everyone else has put me & my mother threw for no reason. Well people asked for It I knew sooner or later there lies would catch up to them.

I don't care they can rot for all I care!. I do not care about other people why should I they only thought of themselves when me & my mother where In financial hardtimes caused buy global.

They can rot for all I care I hope they have there own troubles, but It seems bad people today always get away with lying & terminating innocent people.

I hope nobody else gets done the same way by these ruthless people @ global. They fired my mother for no reason. It just upests me the way they done & how they lied!.

Work was going good for my mother no problems & she was getting ahead bills paid ontime house payment not behind, but thanks to them everything got so screwed up for us!.

I am warning people who Is In the medical feild do not work for these ruthless people or your life will ruined to when things are getting good & your are making good money like my mother was!.

Global said they would prevail if they ever terminated anyone which mean's they would win agaisnt any employee they fire, which mean's they lie.

This is a warning to anyone global would ruin your life, recently my mother worked @ a clinic treating people who had kidney problem's @ a aialysis clinic.

My mother had this job for 8 month's she had an injury to her hand & she reported it to workman's comp, also they accused my mother of not filing out a patient's medical record.

The clinic never produced this document & yet the unemployment office denied my mother's unemployment, in the unemployment handbook it states the employmer must proof they didn't.

So how can the unemployment office say my mother failed to document a patient's medical record, my mother has alway's documented any patient's medical record & has never been accused of this.

This was a lie because of her injury & they made sure she was not going to get unemployment, the employer had other co-worker's lie about my mother & the hearing officer believed them.

The board of review people said my mother received a fair and impartial hearing, this is not true.

The hearing officer agreed everything with what the employer had to say agaisnt my mother.

I, just would like to say this again I did not lie about global or defame them global wrongfully terminated my mother I have there lies to prove it from the transcript during the unemployment interview with the hearing officer my mother did not call them or harass them, which they accused her. My, mother worked for them for 3 years with no problems then this happend they got a false withness to lie saying my mother was insubornate, & harassed them they told the owner which who did not listen to my mother's side of the story so he ahead & terminated her.


My, mother said she was better off without working for them they wasn't giving her work but only two or 3 days a week, also if global
employers or employees go to other work places & lie my mother could bring a defamation suit agaisnt them that way my mother will never have to work they would have to pay for her living for the rest of her life sense global lied about her so she would not be able to get another job.

Their, is no reason people should be ugly or hateful towards me! the reason why my mother was denied her unemployed was cause global made false statements, saying she was insubornate, excessive abensices, belligerent behavior!, this all has to deal with discrinmantion!. These, are the things global said my mother did! but I was a withness & my mother did not call them all day long! like they said she done during the unemployment hearing!, they forget my mother has other people in the house!. My, mother did not call global all week long globa said my mother called them consently everyday for a week but this was after the terminantion!, but with the hearing & appeals board they said global said the calls where made before the termination!, so I pointed out more globals lies!. People, are just trying to scare me!, the employer @ global was allowed to talk over my mother when it was her turn to speak! & the hearing & appeals board said this did not happen!, the hearings & appeals people does this to everybody deny them! even if they haven't done willful misconduct! they will believe the employer regardless if people have not done anything wrong!, I hope global terminates everyone like they did my mother then they will not have anyone to work for them!, word will get around how they treat their employees like crap & lie about them!, & wrongfuly terminate them! this is how they will get paid back!.

Employers, are heartless! their is a message board for healthy living conditions! it would help if employers would quit being so heartless & uncaring & greedy, & would quit wrongfully terminating everyone & lying about them like global has done my mother in a time of need!. Like, how global wrongfully terminated my mother in a time of need when she needed money! you think my mother will go back working for them after how they treated her!, what goes around comes around & global will pay for what they have done!.

My, mother has appeal the unemployment hearing officers decision for how the hearing officer lied in their decision & they denied my mothers employment!, global had lied about my mother during the unemployment hearing accusing her of beligerant behavior & the hearing officer said it was my mothers fault for being terminated!.

The, laws are slanted for the employers only! my mother has documented prove of her abuse by her employer @ global! & the lies!, employers have to much rights from the law & employees need to have rights to from abuse from their employers! & wrongful termination!. Their, needs to be changes! global might have got away with lying about my mother this time but they will have to pay for their actions!, you can only mess with so many peoples lives & ruin them before you pay for your actions!. Global might not pay for them know but when they do they will go strait to hell!, my mother has a new job know! but bills have gotten behind & the mortage company has been very patient & work out something sense she is 90 days past due for the house payment!, but global did not make my mother lose her house or whatever they had plotted it didn't work it never does work! & she has documented prove of the abuse from her employer! she couldn't pay no bills because she was denied her unemployment from the false statements from globals employer & the hearing officer!, global thinks they are ruining my mothers live they have a rude awakening! nobody is going to ruin my mothers life or my life!. Global, might have gotten away with it this time but they will pay one day for their actions!.

Its simply amazing what employers get away with these days, if my mother was belligerent to 3 employees @ global then why did they testify @ the hearing, i saw so many lies in the court transcrit then ever i noticed they used the word belligerent alot most of the things the office manager said was untrue. The hearing officer believes the employer more then they do the employee it must be nice being an employer you can lie screw peoples lives make them lose everything they worked hard for in a sec. It is frustrating, to that the hard working workers of alabama & georgia get screwed by employers, here in alabama & georgia both right to work state which means, we bring companies to the state by screwing the residents of alabama & georgia. Our state & having poor saps work with no real support of from the state of any injustices commited by employers like global, my mother worked 3 years from 12/02-12/05 & global terminanted my mother for no reason, my mothers claim was discharged for no reason. My mother will file an appeal & appoint a hearing, the reason for the denial of unemployment was excessive abences & insubordonation, this is a joke my mother did not refuse to reconize or submit to the authority of her employer, her bills & other financial obligations have suffered because of global when my mother get threw with suing global they will have paid all her bills & paid for her house & car for defamantion & slander, but the state doesn't care for you financial problems neither do employers. Please, think twice before working for global it could cost you your life & everything you have worked, they could make you lose your house & starv you to death & can make you homeless be very cautious!.

People complain about me going to various websites posing has my mother well look @ people on this report posting my other complaints to this website like my all state complaint trying to make me look bad this is defamanted my character but they don't realize what they do. These people are posting my complaints on other reports on this website & have the nerve to complain about what i am doing, people going to various website like the person from new york which the editor of this website shouldn't allow people to do this crap, & then complaining what i am doing is wrong. I think global is the one defaming my mother! if i was them i would prove each & every claim they have made agaisnt my mother, my mother wasn't even @ the office they claim my mother called them repeatedly with aggressive behavior & talking verbal abusive toward them they got a person working in the office to lie about my mother saying they withnessed this so call behavior from my mother & my mother calling them repeatedly & the hearing officer said sense it was after the discharge she was not going to submit that as evidence because my mother did not make any threatening or harassing phone calls before or after they terminanted her, but the hearing officer did admit that as evidence as that withness was creditable it is clearly on tape she said it but she did anyway the hearing officer lied well global better let this rest my mother as witness them treating the black workers more favorable with more hours each week & getting paid more $ like $22 more then my mother was making when she was working with them she was making like $20. The hearing officer said she wasn't going to use this withness but she did anyway & denied my mothers unemployment, she also made a formal complaint agaisnt the hearing officer & her falsfied decision, its time that employees have rights to my mother denies being insubordination & she will fight this.

Just because my report isn't written well or typed well doesn't give people the right to come on this website to tell me that i am not educated or stuff like that, or to try to make me look bad infront of other is just exactly what people are doing trying to put me threw more pain & suffering then what i am already going threw by saying my mother is a bad employee who deserved to get fired. I have had an experince so traumatic i had to expose what these crooked employers are doing to my mother & these other people on this website accusing my mother of being a trouble maker & everything threw the nightmare & anexity this employer is putting her threw, black employees got more favorable treatment then my mother & got more hours & got more money my mother said she only got paid $20 while the black workers got paid $22 a hour with no problems working, they were not letting my mother work like she should know they fired her for no reason lying about her & the hearing officer making a falsified decision. If my mothers former employer causes her to lose this house by not letting her work they way she was suppose to work & getting her fired threw no fault of her own & not being honest in the unemployment hearing & to the board of review she will personally sue them for emontional stress & mental anguish, which employers do not care how much you suffer as long they get their way & getting away with it & causing collection agencies to hound her because she can't pay her bills because she is out of work & cannot get unemployment because global lied about her. My mother is a withness that black people were getting more house & more favorable treatment then my mother the black people were getting 40 hour weeks & having good money but not my mother these blacks were getting more favorable treatment then my mother was my mother was only working two days a week while the black workers were getting more work, so my mother can sue for age & race discrimination.

My mothers employer accused her of being insubordination & aggressive behavior & they said they had a witness to verifie my mothers agressive behavior & these supposedly phone calls, & the unemployment officer as with the board believed this to be as an creditable withness so the unemployment hearing officer lied saying she wasn't going to use the withness & in the unemployment board they have people falsifying decisions & taken away peoples civil rights. A judge or hearing officer will always make fraudlent & falsifying decisions & not honor their word if they are not going to submit ay kind of certain evidence this happens to alot of innocent people the unemployment board takes away peoples civil rights my mother denies being insubordinantion to her employers they all accuse her of yelling & screaming at them when my mother didn't even call them for her to be even insubordination employers don't care how they screw up their employees or the injustice they have done to my mother, my mother will fight back agaisnt the hearing officers unfair decision & the boards unfair decision.

My mother will have to keep appealing this matter, my mother was employed by global for 3 years she had no problems with them up until recently they wanted to get rid of her, before she was terminanted they were not letting have any work accept one or two days a week they were not letting her work 40 hour weeks like they were the black nurses & other employees who got more favorable treatment then my mother. My mother called out sick one weekend she was suppose to work out of town she had the flu & could not drive to a realitives house 1 hour away & drive two hours away they were always giving my mother out of town work & the black nurses & other favorabl employees were getting the good work & 40 hour work weeks, the hearing officer said they where not going to use that as evidence because these suppodesly phone calls were made after they discharged my mother, not before but the hearing officer went back on her word global accused my mother of having belgeraitant & agressive phone calls which my mother was home all day & i did not withness her callling anybody she did not call anybody that day, nor did she verabl abuse or yell @ her employer which is what they accused her off people are such liars these days & employers who don't have your support! she appealed the hearing officers decision & the board of review denied my mothers unemployment & belived the employer they falsfied a deiscion so my mother will have to continue to appeal this again they have people in the unemployment board office to lie about people when making decisions regarding their unemployment & they deny it, my mother did not violate any company policy, if people think i cannot explain myelf well then thats their problem i might not type that good but i will point out the injustice my mothers former employer as done to her & lied about her.

If a employer or business retaliates agaisnt you for reporting them you can file charges & a restraining order you are protected from this type of abuse! if anybody messes with your or brings threats agaisnt your life. Let me try to be blunt here - take just ONE minute and look at this from OUR point of view. You have posted soooooooo many postings on here about trucking school, landlords, your mothers employer and now about an insurance company. Step outside of yourself and think about it - do you HONESTLY think all these different companies are plotting against you? Do you really think they all got together and cooked up a plan to keep you and your mother down? Why exactly would they be jealous of your mother? Do you not realize some of these people make considerably MORE than the $20.00 an hour that your mother makes? Why would they really care what your mother's income is or what car she has or what house she owns? I'm not seeing her boss who makes MORE than her being jealous of your mother's income.

Now, take an hour or two and read back through all of your postings. Do you not see how crazy you sound sometimes? Do you not realize that sooner or later you will have to accept responsibility in YOUR part of the things that go wrong in your life? Not to criticize your mom but if she's been in so many accidents is it really possible that all the drivers out there are out to get her? I will concede that your mother is an LPN, which is great. However, when you write inflammatory rantings and ravings pretending to be her, you are NOT doing her any favors. If anything, you are putting her in a worse light. Example is the original post. You make her look like a near-illiterate, reactionary rabble rouser..I would not want someone with those characteristics in my employ, nor would I want this person caring for my family members. I can understand you wanting to defend your mother over any real or perceived injustices. But dude, pretending to be her, well, that is just creepy. Does she have any idea that you are impersonating her? Write all you want, but do it as yourself.

I don't know what your issues are, but if you ask me, you should focus a bit more on improving yourself and making a life for yourself. You are an adult. It is time for you to grow up and be a man.

I have a young son. Last year, he repeatedly got into trouble at school--and by repeatedly, I mean almost once a week. It was a loooong year! Each time, he would endeavor to blame someone else--ANYONE else--for what happened. In perhaps 5% of the incidents, he was probably right, and the fault did not lie with him. Yet in 100% of the incidents, I backed up the school administration. Why? Because I am raising a child who will know the importance of taking responsibility for his own actions, and because I want him to see that when he creates a pattern of negative behavior, blame will fall on him even in the isolated cases where he may be blameless. It's like the boy who cried wolf. As a result of my attitude and actions last year, this year he has been in trouble only ONCE--and he did not attempt to blame anyone else for his misfortune.

The reason I tell you this, Charles, is because I strongly believe that this is a lesson you were not given the opportunity to learn in childhood. I suspect that your mom was one of those parents who went running up to the school each time you had trouble and bailed you out--not HER little angel!! The end result is an angry, bitter young man who feels that the world owes him something. And your anger scares me, as do your skewed perceptions.

Your apparent paranoia seems to be crippling you, stealing any chance of happiness away from you. I'll admit that I've found amusement and entertainment value in your rants, but I'll also tell you that right now what I'm feeling is fear for and of you, and pity for your situation. You are young, and there will come a day when your mom will no longer be around. Please--don't let her legacy to the world be a frighteningly angry young man who might someday decide to retaliate against a world he views as "the enemy." Seek help. My mother will continue to appeal this decison during the hearing my mothers former employer was allowed to interrupted & talk over my mother, the board finds no basis for that contention my mothers former accused of phone call harassment after the discharge know the office mananger told the board these calls came before they discharged my mother & they had a witness to these bizarr phone calls they say my mother was supposedly doing because I was home that day & my mother did not call anybody, so this is a false withness the office manager got this withness to lie under oath this is purjury they better have a good lawyer because my mother is ready to sue & put them out of business

I am a witness the employer said she made the harassing phones calls after the discharge know the board says the office mananger clarified & showed some of the calls were prior to her discharge which I was a withness to this my mother did not call them to harass them. Know the employer as changed the story several times know saying my mom consently called them was "combative & agressive & verbally abused" them was the reason for the discharge & have provided a withness to this combative & agressive behavior!,

they have falsified dates when my mother was absent she called out due to being sick & they accused her of consently calling them before & after they discharge my mother, employers do tell people to lie so the board believes the employer & that they provided a withness to my mothers so call behavior & the client the employer that she not return to the assignment.

My mother as been falsely accused of wrongful termination & defamantion of characeter & slander which my mom will "SUE" her former employer thinks they are putting my mother threw hard times just wait & see they will reap what they sew for lying about my mother & my mother will sue global personal for defamantion of character & slander, & she WILL! sue for lost wages & damanges my mother was discharge for "insubordinate & belligerent behavior which isn't true my mother will sue for defamantion they all accuse this about my mother, the board finds their withness to be credible the employer was allowed to talk over my mother & interupt her, my mother will appeal the boards unfair deciesion & the hearing officer unfair decision & she will get a good lawyer, the hearing officer affirmed the initial determination to disqualify beneifts which the hearing officer was completely unfair towards my mother & she will appeal she will appeal all the way to federal court.

I, was involed in accident on 9/11/2001 with me being stoped at a right light this car from know where was flying threw the intersection and plowed right into me i started to experince pain right away the police were called and took a report so i then rushed to the emengency room the doctors proscribed me medcation muscle relaxers for my pain.Later, my insurance adjuster look at the bumper of my car and found almost $700 worth of damange then a week later all state has sent their adjuster like always they lied about the damange only to give $344 from $700 my adjuster gave to me i then went to my doctor and he order me a MRI to found which i had disc bulges and my doctor said that it is evdience that it is from the car accident my attorney quit for know reason know that i have evidence agaisnt all state my attorney two years ago wanted $40,000 when all state got back they wanted to settle for only $7,000 my attorney was to get 40% so that would leave me with nothing and all state accpects me to pay my own medical bills out of my own medical bills they are suppose to pay for my medical bills seperate from my settlement then my sorry attorney quit on me he was suppose to file court action agaisnt all state its just a big mess for me.I, did get me a new attorney this time their is enough evidence agaisnt all state and he has filed for court action this time my new lawyer is seeking $74,000 like always all state don't wanna give nothing this time its $9,000 well after my attorney's fee's this would leave me with nothing this is what all state wonts is for me to have no money for the pain and suffering and undue stress i had to deal with for the past three years.

Their, lawyer said this is a fair amount and all state will not go any hire well i have refused and am taken it to court they have no right to treat me like this because their is evidence agaisnt them they have dangled this for 3 years know because they are determin to fight this all the way so i wouldn't get no money i'am tired of their abuse and suffering this accident has changed my life all i did was go out and get something to eat and this is what i get abuse and pain and suffering for no fault of my own.I'am, hoping the court will grant in my favor to give me more money then what all state is offering and for their abuse and mental anquise i had suffered and my sorry attorney quit but lucky i got a new attorney who is working for me to get me more money i'am not going o let all state PUSH me around with only $9,000 and leave me with nothing this is what all state wonts but their not going to abuse me any longer i took it all this time and i will not take it any longer!

To even qualify to take State Boards for LPN in the 80s, it was approximately 18 months of classtime and almost 2000 clinical hours. When I got my BSN, it took four years, another two to get my MSN and three more to get my Doctorate. Even the old hospital-based Nursing Schools were three years (and in my opinion produced GREAT nurses..too bad they went the way of the dinosaur).

When I decided to leave teaching in 1984, it still took me three and a half years to obtain my nursing degree and license--despite the credits which transferred from my BA. It would have been SO convenient to do the entire thing in six or eight months instead; Chuck, where is that "nursing school" which apparently doesn't require clinicals, nor prereqs, nor even state boards with the requisite couple of months' wait? I'd like to know--that's one state in which I'll endeavor NEVER to be hospitalized! (oh yeah, my first degree is in English Lit, also had to go back to pick up some credits to get teacher's cert--could you ask your mom how I might have gotten around that?) :)

What do you know about my mother nothing so how can you judge her saying she don't have any education you don't know the whole story I wrote the above report not my mother you just jealous, so how can you say my mother doesn't have the education because of the way I have wrote my complaint how can you anybody else judge because you think you are so perfect are you a employer of some kind of business you must be sense you think you are so smart in everything & everybody else is dumb to come on this website to tear everybody up & be rude to them, my mother has been a nurse sense 1989 & is good @ what she does but employers do not want good employees who know how to do their work they seem to want these junkies or blacks working for them & kick the good employees out. My mother has not wrote this report or any other report on this website, my mother did not violate any company policy & has with other former employers they have lied about my mother to the hearing officer & of denied her beneifts & of course employers never do anything wrong because they own they job they can continue to lie about their employees & ruin their lives & my mother has no right to defend herself in her employers eyes. I am writing these reports in support of my mother from the unfair treatment from her employers. Study shows unfair treatment from employers can lead to serious heart problems due to from all the stress.

You are likely either a Home Health Aide or maybe a CNA, as your writings and use of language strongly indicates that you don't have the educational background to be a nurse. Nothing wrong with being a Home Health Aide or CNA..they are the eyes and ears of the nursing staff and often alert us to things we would not pick up on as quickly, being that we are so swamped with paperwork. My "right hand" in the Emergency Room is actually an Emergency Room Tech and I have more trust in her than I do some of the staff nurses.

When I graduated from the BSN program at Georgia State, we had to be literate. I hope to God that you don't have to do chart notes...I would hate to be the Unit Clerk who had to figure out just what in the hell you are trying to say.

Kathy, seems like to me that wherever you and Charles go, trouble follows. Learn from your mistakes and stop making the same ones over and over again. The "blame game" only goes so far.
