ordered rolex daytona gold,recieved call from ca,will not take visa only postal money order,fed x will deliver & pick up money order. recieved watch opened after fed x left ( mistake) should have opened before giving check to fed x. recieved a stainless watch instead of gold, called ca 10 times, got agent said there return dept woud call (never called) called there ny # 10 times got a agent joe, would send replacement ,pick up wrong one, never came,got the agent again after many calls,same thing would send relacement,never came,,i have called both ca & ny also e mailed,no response,also e mailed to pick up & refund, no response , have been calling now for thee weeks there phone # s are still active no reponse other than the ca # answered twice,when i said my name, was disconnected,, what a conn game, still have the wrong watch waiting for a pick up,,,what a joke
