Global Resort Condos Plus Sept 09 I was contacted about selling my Timeshare and that they had a buyer, paid the advertising fee, and haven't received anything since Houston Texas

I was contacted by phone asking if I had sold my Timeshare, I had previously listed it with Timeshares Only and Century 21 since 2000, and after I responded no, the caller asked if I still interested, and I replied yes.  I was told that they had a buyer and quoted me a price that was close to what I had paid for it.  After asking numerous questions I was forwarded to the manager (?).  I was sent a Sales and Advertising Agreement that listed the sale price.  My wife and I decided to try this company after some discussion.  I had been in contact with the company for the first month or so and eventually was told that the buyer and their spouse had split up and were no longer in a position to purchase the Timeshare.  I haven't heard from them since.  Actaully tried to call the agent today (9 months later) and the number is no longer in service.
