When a company or individual joins the Rip-off Report Corporate Advocacy Program, they must make a commitment to us in writing to 'doing whatever it takes to make things right with their customers.' What does that mean? It means that Rip-off Report expects that members of our CAP program will review and respond to ALL customer complaints promptly. It means that every complaint will be taken seriously and every customer will be treated fairly and with respect. It means if a customer did not receive what they expected, the company will work with that customer to fix the issue. It means that if a customer requests a refund and if there is any reasonable basis for that request, we expect the customer will be given a prompt refund (some refund requests may not be reasonable, so this does not mean a refund is guaranteed in every case). Making things right can mean lots of different things to different people, but our point is thisby working closely with the company or individual to resolve any disputes, Rip-off Report can track the footprints of customer service to ensure that our CAP members are doing everything they can to treat customers fairly and to increase their customer satisfaction.

Global Resources, LLC approached Rip-Off Report after they read a few postings on our website from former clients and employees. After reviewing those postings, they thought that enrolling in the program would be a great way to reach out to those individuals and ensure that their concerns are addressed. Not only for the purpose of resolving complaints, but also in order to understand the root of the issues and effect change within their business to prevent them from happening again. It has come to their attention that although they maintain a Client Services Department that is dedicated to client satisfaction, some individuals prefer an independent forum such as Rip-Off Report. Therefore, by extending their Client Services to the Corporate Advocacy Program, they will be more accessible to those who prefer an independent third partys involvement in the resolution process.


Global Resources, LLC, is a full-service business development group and general management consulting firm focused on small and medium-size privately-held companies in North America. We educate business owners in several areas including: how to maintain positive cash flow, control costs, improve sales, organize for efficiency, and generally how to accelerate profitable growth in all aspects of the business.

We begin this process by first addressing every project through a comprehensive analysis of the business. When we asked Global Resources why their industry might attract complaints, they said Complaints in the business development industry can be divided into four general categories: contractual, delivery, billing, and collections. Of course we followed up wanting to know how they attempt to prevent these issues and they explained, Global Resources has a system in place, which allows our clients to work directly with the Director of their engagement to resolve any matters or issues. Furthermore, we have a Client Services Department whose responsibility is to ensure our clients satisfaction with our services at all times. They do so by contacting each client to gather feedback directly following their engagement with our company. The clients are also provided with direct contact information for the Consulting Director of their engagement along with the contact information of the Client Services Department. This is so we can maintain our client relationships and be readily available should any client require future assistance.


When we asked an executive, How do you intend to make things right to those who might have an issue with your company? He responded, We will contact them immediately and try to understand their position. Then we will conduct an investigation of our files and speak with employees assigned to the clients engagement to guarantee a thorough review of their complaint. Then we will work with the individual until we find a mutually agreeable resolution. In some circumstances where a resolution cannot be achieved, we will refer the matter to arbitration so an independent third party may assist in finding a resolution.
