Global Smart Connect Obtained my bank account and routing number Clearwater Florida , Florida

Heres a new one! Today, March 10th of 2011. I checked my bank account and to my surprise....a transaction of $99.00 appeared. I obtained the information of this company through my bank and placed a call to find out what this company was. A rep. asked for my name and phone number to check the data base and see if im a member (obviously im not) which i was'nt! a manager got on the phone and asked to dispute the matter right away so they can send me a refund ( might i remind you that im at my bank and i have them on speakerphone!) I told them i can also dispute this through my bank. He then got really loud and nervous and highly suggest that i NOT dispute it through my bank and gave me some hoaky explanation as to why not to. I hung up and my bank informed me that they are a scam! now i have to close my account down because they somehow manage to obtain my account and routing number!
