Sometime in June a sales agent by the name of Chad Monast with the retail licence No# TC 2739 called my home and offered me an opportunity to sell my timeshare property located at Westgate Lakes Resort and Spa for the amount of $23,000 or rent it for $2,100. I eventually agreed to the terms which was to pay $299.00 and my property would be listed on thier website to include face-to-face contact with future prospective buyers. This agreement was signed and completed before the end of June. Sometime in July I called Mr. Monast to check on the status on my timeshare and if thier were any buyers in the market. He stated "that yes, there was, but he was going to let them rent the property first for $ 2,100.00 and then sell them the property later." It all sounded like everything was under control until I tried to contact Global Timeshare Solutions again in August 2008. At this time there was no answer to my phone calls and my email's were returned with no address. Since, this company used the fact that they were members of the BBB in Florida, I decided to contact them to inform them about the situation. Well, it is now 21 days after the BBB was contacted and there is still no answer.
