Global Vacation Network, Mexico Paradise Getaways Company does not honor prizes for sitting through pitch Ann Arbor Michigan

SCAM! BEWARE of this. Here is how this works---their chain is conceived to be confusing:
You will recieve a post card in the mail offering two nights at a holiday inn or $250/free gas card. The company is J. Marketing & RE (1910 E. SE Loop 323, Tyler, TX 75701). The phone number is 888-287-5525---you call and they CLAIM you get prizes for completing a two minute survey. You will NEVER receive anything---the code they give you is BS.

They then sucker you into a sales pitch---for even bigger prizes.This one is run by Global Vacation Network. The 90 minute sales pitch runs closer to 3 hours. Yup, 3 hours of your life down the drain.

After you painfully sit though the pitch and high pressure sales folks you get the prizes. Just fill out the forms, right? Nope. You send them a check for $100---a good faith deposit. Next they send you an email asking for $150 per person for taxes. This is before they even BOOK the trip. How do they determine $150 per person. According to their spokesperson, it's the average--not an actual. So you are now out $400 before you find out where and when you will travel.

I've since asked for a refund--and am waiting for a check. I only hope there is some talented lawyer out there to sue their a**es off. What a rip off. I am pissed.
