This Globe Life and Accident Insurance Company has continue refused to pay death benefits for my decease son. I have sent in all application, funeral program, death certificate and medical records I could obtained. Yet they have repeatly stall to pay this death benefit from day one when the funeral home notified them of my son death back in July 2011.

I have since learned how this head company under Torchmark has continue to deceive the insured benefits once a death claim is filed. This company has several insurance companies under their name and every last one has acted in bad faith and does not pay these death benefits.

These insurance companies need to be stop from selling insurance companies need to be stop from selling insurance throughout the USA  because they are not paying out non-medical exam death benefits claims. They took my son money from December 2009 until his death month of July 2011. The policy states benefits are payable once your insured upon death and claim will be paid. This is not true. I have filed with the State of Texas Insurance Board for the bad faith. This was not compliance with the pay claim act, and violation of bad faith claim. This company was sued by it stock holder refusing to pay their money to them and they recent rearranged.

We all need to fie complaints with Federal Trade Commission, US Consumer Company, FBI, BBB headquarter, SEC and anyone else to stop them with their Ponzi scam on the America people.They are stealing from all of us living off our money. This company uses a call center as if it is a claims center and has no license claim adjusters nor license insurance agents. This is just a fraud setup to look like they are a legal company which they are not. Yeah they have obtain license to sell insurance in all these states but no on ever look into their fall business and regulate them.
