Globel Tel Link offender connect Taking Consumer Money Unknowingly mobile, Alabama

My fiancee was currently jail on a FTA warrant. I proceeded to set up an inmate account thru the GLobel Tel Link providers that are in charge of the phones located in the Dekalb County jail. To date I have paid for $125.00+ worth of calls without question. Today 4/7/2012 @ approximately 8:55 pm, I added $25.00 to my prepay account. At 9:05 I accepted 1 call. After the colse of my call the offender called several more times and I answered the phone but NEVER ACCEPTED the call by pressing 0. After several calls I held the line to accept and was told by automation that I needed to add funds because my account was LOW!!! Immediately this raises a red flag because I KNOW THAT I HAVE ONLY AUTHORIZED AND ACCEPTED ONE CALL IN REGARDS TO MY LAST PAYMENT.
