Paid off contract and they kept demanding more to release title. Always a different amount, would speak with someone different everytime. Would never sent what we owed. Always want money wired to them. How does a company only go with a P.O. Box never a location or a fax #. All of there information on there letters are false. This company needs to be stop.

Complaint is valid

I also searched their site as well as email and paper correspondence. The numbers in the site are only listed for the customer service and corporate offices, neither of which can assist with reinstatement or any information regarding the subject. I have been forwarded to the reinstatement Dept several times before being given a direct phone number, in all cases, it was picked up by voicemail and I had to leave a message. Whether or not the consumer's credit is great is irrelevant to the complaint since they list the right to repossess your vehicle without any notice for reasons other than being past due, which apparently being behind on the current payment is past due enough. I was also informed by customer service that speaking to customer service about your futur payment plans or reason for bring behind doesn't matter and it can be "notated on your account as many times as you like" but if the payments aren't future scheduled it has no impact. They also do not have to contact you tp resolve or try to work it out before they repossess it in the early a.m. However, the FAQ section of the site actually says after 45 days and that reasonable attempts to contact you will be made. The online payment system can't future date payments btw. Most of the information I read on attorney and legal sites suggest speaking with the creditor to lower your payments. Well, I have done that several times only to be told they do not refinance or offer lower interest. My interest has also been high since the purchase. Its difficult to refi through other lenders when you owe more than the value due to being charged additional interest charges and daily charges on any late payments or deferment. I do understand it is the responsibility of the consumer.. myself..to pay the bill on time. I just can't comprehend why they would not be more flexible with interest at least to reasonable comparable rates during a time when many people are just recovering from economic hardships in certain areas.

I went to their website and within FIFTEEN SECONDS I found their number! If you have a history of late payments, you run up EXTRA INTEREST in addition to late charges.  I suppose you are now going to write back telling us how you have stellar credit.

NO RIPOFF HERE -- Complainer has made a FALSE REPORT.  Contact numbers are easily available on their website.  Complainer has apparently been habitually late in making payments thus running up extra due and payable interest.
