I was contacted yesterday by a lovely young sounding man  named LUKE. Hi I am from Global Media Adverstising, you have been selected to be " the chosen Realtor" in your area where there are 483 active buyer leads in your area ready to buy. On and On, he had a practiced and profected dialog and when i interrupted numberous times to ask questions as to the offer, he continued to talk over me. When i challenged his offer with many facts he proclaimed came from miscosoft extensive research in our market area, he got nervous. 14.95 set up charged, first month free, 89 there after, only one realtor will have this postion, on BING, because they are the official advertising group from bing and micosoft to place us at top each hit they get. I ask for a referance and terms and conditions, since no contract, had to be terms of services. He directed me to their website, click on terms and conditions but refused to give me a moment to review, continued to hard sell, to almost rude, condesending ( i guess baby needed new shoes) high pressure tactics. He directed me to : referances" and had me type in "condos in brooklyn NY." Well, I typed new york instead, nothing. When i typed in NY, guess what up popped his " referral" I said well why would I contact someone who works for you, I want a random search of a client, " condos in myrtle beach for instance" Nothing.  He continues to tell me I was not understanding this opportunity and that if it wasnt me that day it would be someone else. You lose. I said I didnt make business decisions nor do I charge my credit card until I have reserached the company, vetted the caller, called referral. He said that he had spent 27 min and 30 seconds and that should be enough time to decide to take this opportunity. MY husband beside me saying yes, yes, do it. I said, Luke, I need to do some research, call me tomorrow after I have done that. He said nope, today or no  day. Will find anoth realtor today. I said today is not my day then is it luke? And then..... CLICK! really.   So, buyer beware, looks like a duck, talks like a duck, probably a duck. So much crap out there. buy local, stay local, refer local, trust local. END of story
