Ripoff Report for VALUABLE information now!!!

I feel for you on this and am posting today because I am also going through the same thing with GMAC and their attorney David Stern.  We must all remember that these companies and people don't care about consumers, loans we have, houses we live in or families we have.  To them it is all about profits and money.  It is sad that our world has come to this, what they are doing to our society will in the end, ruin them.  Banks never give us loans but what they really do is exchanges and charge us interest.  We are the ones that are being hurt because of the way they do business. 

All I will say it's time for the people to stand up and go back to a cash society of saving and then paying for things.  Do away with credit and the banks will fail and have to change their ways.  You the people with force them to do this and our society will become a better place once again.

I for one am walking away from my home because GMAC will not steal from me anymore.  I will save that interest I am paying them to buy a home in cash next time.  The banks will suffer as they should for what they have done to America.

Shame on the banks, GMAC and David Stern as they are one of the worst here.  Remember what comes around in life goes around.  I am happy to give my house back to you and for you to lose more money.

I am sorry to here you are going through this! You need to hire an Attorney, stop paying your mortgage and with that money go get an Attorney today! There are tons of Attorney's out there only charging what is equal to a mortgage payment. DO IT or you will most likely lose your house!

just so you all know d sterns office reads this report i know hi m mason i have had my share of dirty dealing with his office for awhile now she has sent me a statement asking for payments for filing a frilivvvvvvvilious lawsuit ha ha ha well im not done with them yet this dog still has some bite in him and since i now have the evidence that they submitted to the courts its very interesting the lies that they tell

I've been on the phone all morning trying to get thru to their 'loss Mitigation'! On hold for an hour this time! connected then disconnected.
Finaliy I get thru, and a repsentative tells me they did receive my $2,500.00 payment, but since "The Re-payment" had been cancelled and the Attorney's had proceeded with "Sale", it would be returned back to me!!
I've been told to call back tomorrow, and try and set up a New Plan! Unbelievable!! And Yes more Legal Fees will apply!

This is getting beyond crazy!! Being self imployed I can't afford to loose all day with these people on the phone! It's 2pm, I'm going back to work!
