I do not recommend anyone to order auto parts from this website. I have purchased 3 times from them, and therefore, I have gotten 3 strikes. Therefore, I am out!

In my first experience/purchase when I receive the parts half of them did not come with the original bags/boxes where it estates that they are GENUINE.  ... okay .. not a problem. On the second purchase, I received exactly: Half of what I ordered ! Thanks God, the order wasn't too big ... I contacted them and there was no return. Then , I tried another website for another line of autoparts: FordPartsGiant.com. This website belongs as well the mother company called " GenuinePartsGiantCo. " After waiting for more than one week to have my order processed, I noticed that the order status was the same "processing". I contacted customer service, and I was told the apologize , but they do not have the parts in stock ... . Thankfully, I wasn't in a hurry. I had no other choice, but to go to a local Parts Dealer and pay the retail price. All in all, I have realized that no matter which line of parts you go to you will have the same deceptive service: Shame on you!!

Back in 2013 we had a shortage of new car dealers supplying us parts, as of now we currently work directly with 34 new car dealers parts departments so our processing time has improved 10 fold. We offer Discounts on 13 major brands all parts are drop shipped from the dealer closeset to the customer to help speed up our delivery times. everyone understands growing pains but we are way past that now. offering low prices with fast delivery and great customer service is our number one goal.
