After sending several emails to cancel your order did you receive a response from our company? We reply to all emails that are received and would've confirmed cancellation of your autoship with a cancellation number. We also provide our telephone number where we can be reached seven days a week. Had we been unable to cancel your trial order this would've been expressed to you as well and a return authorization number would've been issued to send back the trial shipment.
