I received an email regarding Slim Seduction offering a free trial offer for 3.97. I never received the the trial offer and then to my dismay my credit card was charged 79.90. When I emailed them I was told I needed to call. At this point I called the 800 number and would told they could not take the charge off and I had to send the product back before they would refund my money. I advised them that I never received the sample and I was told that the trial offer had shipped.
I called back a few minutes later and got the SAME person again, who then stated that the 3.97 was for shipping and handling (new excuse) and that I should receive the product within 2 to 14 days. I advised him that it had been 3 weeks and I have not received anything. I told him the they had deceptive practices and that I would be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. He told I could return the product and get my money back. So I have yet to receive this product that I did not order. There was nothing in the terms and agreements stating that you would not receive the trial packet and that your credit card would be charged. BEWARE.

The $3.97 does cover the shipping and handling for the trial product this was stated on the order page as well as on the email offer you received.. If you selected standard shipping the shipping time-frame would be 7-14 days. If you order had not arrived within that period of time we would offer to reship your product to you and extend your money back guarantee to allow you the opportunity to still try out the product and return if unsatisfied. You stated that you had not received your sample, this offer was never advertised as a sample product. We ship out two full size bottles for a period of time to try them out for free. If the products are returned within the trial period nothing further is billed. If the products are kept then you are billed $79.90 after the trial period ends. It would be unacceptable to be billed for product you did not receive within the promised shipping time-frame and to not be offered to have the product reshipped and your guarantee period extended.
